I first tried out Gasdepot during the early days of the lockdown back in 2020. I was so impressed that I wanted to give them another go. Sadly, we don’t need our gas bottles swapped out too often, so I’ve only had to use their service a couple of times.

On Friday, February 10th, I placed an order for two replacement bottles along with a new one. I got an email saying the delivery would happen within two working days. Then, on Monday, February 13th, I received a text saying my delivery was coming that day. I wasn’t ready for it since I didn’t expect it to arrive so fast! Thankfully, my wife was home and could accept the delivery. The delivery driver was super helpful, especially when it came to the regulator on the new patio heater, which had a safety button. He managed to assist in releasing the bottle. Plus, he put the new bottles exactly where we wanted them and was really polite and respectful of our stuff, including the patio heater.

I hope this info helps anyone on the lookout for a solid, friendly company. Big thanks to Gasdepot and a shoutout to the driver D C, vehicle reg CUK, for such excellent service.
